Win the horsey holiday of your dreams to Australia

This competition, from The Centre Line, is a long and drawn-out one which you have to work for. But statistically the odds of winning will be much higher because many people won't want to put the effort in. 

The prize is also a great one - the winner will receive an equine-themed holiday for two to Australia, including flights. So if you're a horse owner this one's definitely for you.

This competition is even open to under 18s, although they must have parents' permission.

A long list of 15 people will be drawn once the competition closes. The 15 people will be asked to submit an image of themselves and their equine companion along with some words about why they should choose you. This can be in any format. This should be submitted to The Centreline by Wetransfer, email or post by midnight on Wednesday 14th October 2020.

A panel of independent judges will bring this down to a shortlist of 5. The 5 will be notified on or before midnight on 21st October 2020 by Social Media, email and/or phone call.

The shortlisted 5 will be asked to create a video. This should include your equine companion, your equestrian goals and ambitions. This video will be used for final judging and should be submitted by midnight on Saturday 31st October 2020. 

Final judging will be on a poll on Facebook which will count for 50% of the score. They'll post the 5 entries on The Centre Line Facebook page on Thursday 5th November 2020. Voting will be open for a week and the post will be pinned to the top of the page. The other 50% will be from a panel of experts, Natascha Altoff who will be the winner’s host at the Institute of Riding Success, 2 Professional Dressage Riders and 1 Professional Eventer.
