U&GOLD is inviting you to participate in their annual competition to find the UK's best Christmas cracker jokes. This year, the prize includes £1,500 in experience and travel vouchers, along with a bespoke set of Christmas crackers featuring the winning jokes. The competition encourages creativity and humour, drawing inspiration from the events of 2025.

The competition is open now and will run until 11:59pm on 17th November 2025. It's a chance for you to showcase your wit and join in the festive fun!

• Jokes must not exceed 140 characters
• Multiple entries are allowed

Competition closes

17th November 2025 at 11:59pm. 

After the close of the competition period, a judging panel, led by comedy critic Bruce Dessau, will shortlist the funniest, most festive, and topical jokes. 40 shortlisted jokes will then be put to an anonymous public vote by 2,000 UK representative British adults via the survey company, 3Gem. Both the shortlisting and the public vote will take place between 19th and 29th November 2025. The highest-rated 10 Jokes will win. Winners must reply to their winning notification within 4 days.
