We're treating one lucky reader and their guest to a totally magical night in London this autumn, with a stay at the stunning Mandrake hotel and theatre tickets to Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people aged 18 and above.

Employees or agencies of Travelscoop (“Travelscoop”, “We”, “Us”), or associated companies, or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions, and also to have accepted the Travelscoop Terms and Conditions which cover their use of the Travelscoop email newsletter and website.

The prize draw is only open to Travelscoop members. To enter the Prize Draw we must receive your email address via the website form on the Travelscoop competition page, you must also click the confirmation link in the email we send you. Only one entry is permitted per person per Prize Draw.

Travelscoop accepts no responsibility for email entries not successfully received by our email servers. Proof of a sent email entry is not proof of a successfully received email and therefore entry into the Prize Draw.

One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. A random computer process will be used to shortlist 20 entries. A winner will be drawn from those 20 entries at random by a member of the Travelscoop team. By entering the giveaway you grant us permission to show your full name in a website post, a Facebook post and/or a Facebook and Youtube video. Previous winners can be found in the videos and posts at the bottom of our competitions page.

The winner will receive a £400 Mandrake gift voucher to redeem against any stay or experience at the Mandrake. The £400 voucher will purchase a one-night stay on a room-only basis. Booking is to be made directly with the Mandrake hotel. The prize also includes a £260 gift voucher to be redeemed against tickets for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Palace Theatre, London. The voucher will purchase 2 x £130 tickets. You may upgrade any element of your hotel stay or theatre visit at your own cost. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash. Travelscoop retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value, up to the maximum value of £660 in the event the original prize offered is not available.

Travelscoop accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from a location). Where possible, the prize will be electronically delivered to the winner. If the prize is a physical object, it will be sent by post to a prize winner's address in the UK. If a prize winner resides outside the UK, Travelscoop accepts no responsibility for additional postage or delivery costs.

The winner will be notified by email within 2 working days of the Prize Draw taking place, and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Travelscoop shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).  If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Travelscoop shall be entitled to select another winner. The announcement of the winner will be made on the Travelscoop website and the Travelscoop Facebook page within 21 days of the closing date.

The name and country of the winner can be obtained 21 days after the Prize Draw date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Travelscoop, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. 

The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on Travelscoop's reasonable request.  The winner consents to the use by Travelscoop and its related companies, after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Travelscoop and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.

Travelscoop shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation.

Travelscoop reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Travelscoop in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
