Women will want lots of layers because it can be quite warm one day, then colder and rainy the next day. If you're planning to climb the tower make sure you have comfortable shoes. Men should stick with jeans and trousers rather than shorts. Take a light jacket for when it gets cooler.

What should I be aware of about Pisa during November?
Pisa is much quieter in November than across the warmer summer months but surrounding the tower can still get quite busy, especially when there are cruise docking. Dawn and dusk will be the best time to get good views of the tower with less people in the background. There's not too much else to do in Pisa so you want to either visit as a daytrip/ stay from another Italian city, or go there for a relaxing trip.

The temperature reaches around 16℃ during the daytime in November, falling away to 10℃ at night. The UV index will be moderate at this time of year, so not something to worry about for the average person. However, if you're going to be outside for long periods it's worth wearing a broad spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen and UV-blocking sunglasses.
