Follows an eventful day in the life of Eric, a self-made billionaire who gets stuck in traffic in the back of his limo on a journey across New York to get a haircut. He conducts his business and his life from the confined space, his bodyguards worried that he may be a target. Complex but uniquely matter-of-fact, this book will challenge you and make you think.
A profound and beautifully-written novel about four ambitious US college friends who move to New York to begin their lives and careers after graduating. Deeply disturbing, but with an enduring human love and kindness, this book will move you in a way that none has before. Everyone should read it.

10th January 2022 by PommieTravelsSummer in New York: 33 things to do in NYC in Summer
I’m a summer girl. While I enjoy NYC at Christmas, once the holiday decorations come down I’d just like to fast forward the bitterly cold months of January to March and skip to my favorite season; summer. Summer in New York is amazing. Just like summer in London, people shed their winter coats and head straight to the parks. Except, unlike London, the weather in NYC is much more reliable with hot, sunny and humid days. Summertime is the best time to hit the city’s rooftops, explore...
3rd January 2022 by PommieTravelsChristmas in New York: Things to do in NYC at Christmas
My first ever trip to New York (and in fact, the U.S) was at Christmas time. I had an incredible week in The Big Apple and I can happily say New York City is the place to be at Christmas. Ice rinks and fairy lights spring up all over the city, and the department store windows are transformed into festive works of art. Children’s’ faces beam as they stare up at the...

21st January 2021 by Rachel NicoleNew York, Las Vegas & Los Angeles – The dream itinerary
2020 was supposed to be a huge year for travel but obviously my plans have been put on hold. Today, Stefan and I should’ve been visiting Disneyland in California but instead, we’re in lockdown in separate houses. It’s hard to know what to post about in this crisis but I’ve decided to talk about my Multi-Centre trip to the USA as something to look forward to. As you may know, we were supposed to be in the US for three weeks now but we had to cancel. Thankfully, we managed to get about...
