Whats's great about Malaga during September?
It's a little bit outside of peak tourism season so it's not really busy but it still has a lively (yet more relaxed) atmosphere. It's much easier to find seats at bars and restaurants, enjoy the atmosphere of the town and get into local attractions without feeling like there's no one around. It's also the perfect weather to go exploring - you can walk for miles without getting too hot, and you don't have to carry lots of layers.
