Is it too cold to visit the Blue Lagoon in January?

Paul No! I arrived in Iceland on the last day of January and booked the bus straight to the Blue Lagoon from the airport. I was a bit worried about the sub-zero temperates, but it was absolutely fine. You can enter the lagoon from the well-heated changing building, and the water itself is like a hot bath. At no point was I cold. I spent about 3 hours in the lagoon and was then ready to head into Reykjavik to check-in to my accommodation. Answered by Paul
