This week's successes: 2nd July 2023

I always love hearing from people who've won the competitions that we feature on Travelscoop. This week, seven lucky winners have been in touch and one prize winner has sent an update…

New winners

Simon and his wife enjoyed a lovely TS Tours win of a trip on the Belmond British Pullman train to Hush Heath Estate vineyard in Kent with a talk by Dame Joanna Lumley… “Wonderful food and drink all day and the most amazing staff looking after us. The train was absolutely beautiful. Also, a warning to always check your junk mail. The email informing me I had won was in my junk mail. I almost deleted it but decided to check it out and it was genuine.”

Rebecca was announced as the winner of Smooth Radio North West’s competition of tickets to Strictly Ballroom: The Musical, a 3-course meal and an overnight hotel stay in Salford… “…my very first small win… Can’t actually go myself as it is on Thursday so too short notice to get time off but my parents are able to enjoy it for me.”

Jess won 2 nights in a luxury apartment at Muse Escapes Foxlow Grange in an Explore Buxton competition.

Georgia had her first win since joining our Facebook travel competition group a few months ago. She’ll be enjoying an overnight stay for 2 in a Premium Room at Dorsett Shepherds Bush with breakfast and a spa treatment included.

Lucky Linzi’s Facebook name has come true after she won a 2-night getaway at any of Devon Stays’ properties, plus a hamper of local treats.

Lisa has won a short break to see Red Hot Chill Peppers perform live thanks to a Holiday Extras Shortbreak comp.

And finally, old regular “Lucky Dan” has gone and done it again… this time he’s won a 2-night Leeds Weekender stay at The Junction, plus bar tabs at various locations, vouchers and experiences worth over £500. We make that 10 wins since Dan joined our Facebook competition group!

“Here we are enjoying our prize in the penthouse suite of the Rotunda in Birmingham this weekend. The view is magnificent - we've just been watching the sun setting. We had some prosecco and flowers in the room. It's great!”
