Tanner won a fabulous stay in the Maldives: “Really excited to have received an email today that I have won 5 nights all-inclusive in a Beach Villa at Dhigali Maldives - won through County Wedding Magazines! No flights included so we just need to figure out how to fit it into our honeymoon plans for next year.”

Prizewinner updates

Claire messaged from Saint Lucia where she’s having a great time on her prize win from January: “Currently enjoying our 5 day all-inclusive stay at The Landings St Lucia... our prize from the St Lucia Tourist Authority from earlier this year. Perfect in every way.. keep entering those competitions.”

Paul enjoyed his stay ay Andy Murray’s Cromlix Hotel: “Outside our hotel near Dunblane {This is the hotel we won via the Sunday Times “Where Was I? competition). We had an excellent suite. The food was second to none. Admittedly if you wanted a drink, the cheapest bottle of wine was £30. The most expensive was £1100. I believe Andy Murray was married in the small chapel in the hotel…”

And finally to Sunday competition email regular who we affectionately call “Lucky Dan”...

“I love to share updates of my prizes with you, but this one was really special, it was such a heart warming experience.

As previously mentioned, I'd won a stay with the Prince Akatoki hotel in London by putting a wish on their Tanabata tree. My wish was something about making magical memories as a family for our baby daughter, and they certainly made that wish come true.

We arrived and they upgraded us to a junior suite . They couldn't have been more welcoming and were obsessed with our baby. The room was so comfortable and big, with a Japanese toilet! They did a little turn down service, providing some sweet treats. The next morning, breakfast was in a beautiful Japanese inspired room, with lots of options..they made a little portion of porridge for baby M and then one of the lovely hotel staff came and brought activities and a little hotel teddy over for her. He was so lovely and talked with us about our families.

This was a fantastic win that I wasn't expecting. Keep at it guys.”
