Definitions

What is a cookie?

Our own cookies

user_id

If you sign-in to our Site as a Registered Site User and request that we “Remember you”, we will set a cookie called user_id, which contains an encrypted unique User ID that will enable us to sign you back into your account on the same device next time you visit. user_id is a persistent cookie.

phpsessid

This is a cookie set by our server infrastructure to facilitate your user experience. It helps to make each page consistent with one another. phpsessid is a session cookie that is deleted when you close your browser, or if you are inactive on our Site for 20 minutes or more.

Google Analytics (e.g. _ga, _gat_gtag, _gid)

These Google Analytics cookies help us understand how the Site is being used and accessed to improve the user experience. User data is all anonymous.
