I spend a few days exploring Taipei, starting at Chiang Kai-shek's memorial hall, before passing by 228 Peace Park and Taipei 101. I then climb to the peak of Elephant Mountain for the best views of the city. The following morning I devour a traditional Taiwanese breakfast at Fuhang Soy Milk
