What to wear in Naples in April
Most locals seem to wear thick coats in Naples during the winter and early spring months. I didn't feel I needed a big coat, but a thick hoodie was a must and a jacket was a good idea when I needed a bit of extra protection against rain. I packed shorts, but it was too cold for them. Swimming gear was also not needed - the water was very cold!

What's the temperature like in Naples during April?
The temperature reaches around 19℃ during the daytime in April, falling away to 12℃ at night. The UV index will be moderate at this time of year, so not something to worry about for the average person. However, if you're going to be outside for long periods it's worth wearing a broad spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen and UV-blocking sunglasses. Remember that bright surfaces, such as water and sand increase UV exposure.
