How to visit St Govan’s Chapel in Pembrokeshire

If this isn’t a hidden place to visit in Pembrokeshire, Wales then I do not know what is! St Govan’s Chapel is in the corner of Pembrokeshire near Bosherston and the Bosherston Lilly Ponds! It is a hidden Chapel in the rockface which used to be a tiny hermits cell! It’s well worth visiting St Govan’s to walk down to the chapel, take in the views from the cove below and walk along St Govan’s Head which is the impressive cliff above....

How to see Stack Rock Fort in Pembrokeshire from the viewpoint

In the corner of Pembrokeshire in Milford Haven sits a Fort about 1 mile off the coast! Stack Rock Fort is a pretty impressive thing to see and it is viewable via the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path that runs along this beautiful coastline and beyond. I saw Stack Rock Fort on Instagram and was amazed by this abandoned-looking place. Although this doesn’t seem to be a really well known and popular place to visit in Pembrokeshire, I was keen to head to the viewpoint and see what shots I could get of...

It travels along past Swansea and the Gower and then north through Pembrokeshire to university town Aberystwyth and into the north proper. The northern part of the loop takes in Anglesey, Snowdonia and Llandudno, before sweeping east via the UNESCO World Heritage Site Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. After that, it's back into England's rolling pastures or international airports...

How to do Caerphilly Mountain walk - An easy walk near Cardiff

The Caerphilly Mountain walk is one of the great walks near Cardiff to do. The town of Caerphilly is just a 15-minute drive from Cardiff City centre out towards the mountains. Once you’re there you feel far away from the city with pretty much rolling countryside surrounding you and a view of Cardiff Bay in the distance....
