Win a stay at Dick & Angel Strawbridge's French chateau
If you've been watching Escape to the Chateau you'll undoubtedly be smitten by Dick and Angel's picture-perfect French chateau home and their lives there. The programme has been following them as they've slowly renovated the property and opened it up to the public.
During lockdown Dick and Angel have teamed up with Good Homes Magazine for a competition to win an overnight stay and dinner with them at their French chateau. Sadly, travel's not included but I still think the prize itself is worth it - and the chateau is in northwest France, so not too hard to get to. If I won I'd probably book and pay to stay in Paris, Nantes or Rennes before or after and make it more of a holiday.
To enter, Dick and Angel want to know what you've achieved during your time in lockdown. Statistically, because a little bit of work is involved there'll be far fewer entries and much better odds of winning this competition. Here's a rough idea of what they're looking for:
It may be that you've finally mastered your yoga sun salutations in your living room, or you’ve dug out your paints and easel and got creative with all the extra time at home. Maybe you’ve even challenged yourself to get through those DIY projects you've been meaning to start, that have niggled you for years.
What do you win?
- A two night stay for two people at the chateau, staying in the honeymoon suite
- Dinner hosted and cooked by Dick and Angel
In the info at the top of the competition page it says the prize is a two night stay but in the details below it says a night's stay, so not too sure on the duration.
